1. The Beautiful Creatures series. Long, I know. The characters are plain for the most part, but the storyline is good.

3. The Hush Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick. Incredible. This series about fallen angels and nephilim has made my all-time favorites. Amazing characters, excluding Nora, and a good storyline.

4. City of Bones, by Cassandra Clare. Yes, it's popular right now, and it's the new Twilight as far as I'm concerned, but it's really really good. I was hooked by the end of the first chapter.

5. The Seven Kindoms trilogy. This was... unique. Gracelings are indeed a unique race, as are the Monsters from the Dells. I haven't finished the third book yet, but I'm working on it. The first book was my favorite in the series.

6. ANYTHING by Darren Shan, of course. I can' tell you how many times I cried in his books. They're amazing.

   Lady of the Shades, for those of you who don't know, is a book by Darren Shan. There are no plans to release it in the United States, so you have to order it from Amazon.uk if you're in the US with me. I'll let you know if those plans change.
