About KateMy name is Kate, and I live in north Texas. I am a proud anime lover, and I love writing; it's a venting mechanism, I suppose. I want to animate for Disney and write part time. I am a big fan of Darren Shan. I'm a big reader in general. I am Wiccan, and I've long since come out of the broom closet. Naturally, it wasn't easy. My uncle and I don't speak anymore because of it, but I don't need closed-minded, short tempered people in my life, even if they all come and go for a reason. As a child, I was very athletic. I'd spend hours outside every day, and I loved it. I moved to a new town eventually, and got a laptop, and that's how my reading and writing really began. Fanfiction was my life for a while, after watching Inuyasha at five a.m. one Saturday night. Then came the rp, and I promise you don't want to get me started on that. I'm addicted. With the rp, I needed to plot, and I often had (have!) extra plots to deal with. So, I incorporated those into my writing. And since realistic fiction bores me, I stuck with fantasy and developed my own clan: the Suzuki clan, which is featured in Liz's story. (FYI, I know the clan's confusing. Message me if you have any questions about their history or powers or anything. I may even add a page under "Other" for them.) This "About Me" isn't very good, I am aware. Honestly, I seriously suck at them, even with a template from one of Google's search results. Ehm... I'm not sure what else to say. ... I guess I could say "I am an author" for the first time? ...
